Privacy policy
Updated: 22 October 2026
In short: this site collects nothing about you. You alone decide to write to me, and what you send is used only to reply to you.
Data controller
Rai Web Design, BP 381639, 98718 Punaauia, Tahiti, French Polynesia. Contact: rai.web.tahiti@gmail.com.
What the site does not do
No audience measurement, no advertising trackers, no cookies, no form stored on a server. Fonts, animations and videos are served from this domain: your browser contacts no third-party service while you browse.
When you write to me
The quote builder, the free audit and the contact buttons only prepare a message. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself, from WhatsApp, your email, a text message or a call.
I then receive what you choose to share: your name, your number or email address, and the content of your message (for example your site address or your quote answers).
Why, and on what basis
This information is used only to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if we work together, build your site and invoice it. Basis: your request and the pre-contract steps it leads to, then the performance of the contract and my accounting obligations. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
The tools that carry your messages
Your messages travel through the service you choose (WhatsApp, run by Meta; your email provider; your phone carrier) and arrive in my Gmail inbox (Google). These services have their own privacy rules and may process data outside French Polynesia, including in the United States.
Like any web server, the host Netlify keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested) to run and secure the site.
How long
Our exchanges are kept for as long as your request and your project last. If nothing follows, they are deleted at the latest three years after our last contact. Quotes and invoices are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to or receive a copy of your data. Write to rai.web.tahiti@gmail.com: I reply within one month at most.
If you feel your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, which covers French Polynesia under the French Data Protection Act.
